God I can't believe the drivers are still not out lol lol lol! I've been checking this monthly, still not out, oh my god. Nvidia really pooped their pants on this one. I know a lot of you are going to HATE HATE HATE me for saying that, you know the whole, "the NERVE of that guy, that company has given us so much blah berg bluuaahhh I'm bleeding down there," so I apologize in advance.

I think it's more to do with the fact that nVidia doesn't officially support the Mac (except some REALLY old GPUs).

Also the only "Official" Apple supported Mac that has a PCIe slot is the 2010-2012, and I assume by the next macOS update, that support will be gone as well. So what's left is the 2013 circular Mac Pro that doesn't have any PCIe slots.

It's like Microsoft supporting unsupported hardware -- it's just a resource thing and it doesn't make sense for them.

However I'm sure they know Hackintosh (and eGPU via Thunderbolt) is a big community (but a small minority) and they'd love to sell you their cards, or one day have a partnership with Apple again, so keep those in mind.

Also nVidia keeps updating their current WebDrivers, so that says something.

I got a feeling drivers are ready to go but theres a hold up in management giving the green light. I mean they could have developed this since June! How hard could it be? Does not need many man power surely. I suspect its a management issue and politics regarding the relationship with Apple and where it wants to go with it. Worth pissing them off or not..

Did you guys see tonymacx86's Post #911?

Thanks Tony for making the effort. Hopefully it will bear fruit :)

hi everyone,
i'm currently running a 1050ti and have some refresh artifacts (something like bad fps vsync) though the system recognize my card in the "about this mac" window and "nvidia web driver" is enabled. osx is still usable but annoying. :(

another thing i found is "screen saver" only works with "flurry", all the other ones are black or white screen.
no problem in windows 10, works fine.

hope to see a fix coming soon for the 10x0 series! :beachball:
come on nvidia, help us please!

It is not working in Mac OS.

If someday Pascal drivers comes, do you think it will be only for Sierra or also for ElCapitan?
If the Pascal drivers support follows the Maxwell support, no, only Sierra and newer.
