As RehabMan said patch the Pixel Clock:

Tried your BrcmPatchRAM2.kext and BrcmFirmwareData.kext, tired also BrcmNonPatchRAM2.kext with no luck.

Do you see the bluetooth controller on the USB bus in System Information->USB?
