OS X 10.10.3 Supplemental Update released

It's safe to assume any update to os x, even just minor security updates, tamper with build number. Personally I wish nvidia wouldn't build match their release drivers and do what they do with beta ones, which only half build match. For example, the old 10.10.3 beta drivers work for this update because they only look for 14D and not 14D136.

I'm sure they'll update the release package within a day, but it's still quite a annoyance.

Hello Everybody!

i've Had to run MultiBeast Again after updating the last "OS X 10.10.3 Supplemental Update".
I had a gray window with a white icon. HD not found i think or something like that. so i run MultiBeast with a pre-edited "DSDT. file" like i do usually.

"Still not working is iMessage App from apple". Can't login to my account.

Otherwise my Hackintosh is working like a charm!

cheers

Updated right from App Store and no issues.

Not sure if this was to enable nVidia Driver to install on 10.10.3 (14D136) but no luck. Can't get GTX 980 working now, any idea when nVidia will update their driver for version 14D136? Could we just change version number to trick nVidia Driver Manager?
All is Ok !
- Do the update
- Install modified kext & rebuild cache + permission ( or edit manually NVDARequiredOS )
- Reboot

Did the update and the screen went black without the possibility to move the mouse so I rebooted and now there is a white screen with a mouse I can move for one seconds then it freezes. Cannot boot into -x (memory allocation error ) tried different boot flags without any changes. RepAired permission from another partition changed nothing.

im using chimera

UPDATE!!!! It did the JOB!!!!

i plugged in the unibeast Yosemite usb installation key booted from it selected my HDD. A White screen was on with mouse I could move I waited it rebooted. I booted from the usb Key again selected the HDD the update was completed. I rebooted unplugged the usb key. (Normal Boot) the update was done.

I had same problem...black screen/no mouse/reboot/white screen/mouse. On the third reboot all came back and working ok. I am also on Chimera.

Just did that. But now my card shows as NVIDIA Chip Model 128 MB in About Mac. I have a GTX 770 with 2GB ?? I use Clover b.t.w. Will the new driver fix that or is it because I switched to Clover?

Lucky you!!! no matter how many times I rebooted the white screen would not go away but the unibeast drive did the job
