Hello,

I keep getting an error of [IOBluetoothHCIController::setConfigState] calling registerService when in verbose mode. I can get past it if I use "graphicsenabler=no PCIRootUID=0 -v -x -f", but I don't want to have to type this in everytime I start up. I have turned virutalization off and VPD off in the BIOS. Can anyone recommend anything?

My mobo is GA-Z77N-WIFI.

Thanks

I have tried everything listed there and it still hangs unless I boot it with -x. It seems that this build is stable so it's very frustrating to not have this work. ANy other suggestions?

please edit your profile/signature with all hardware per tmx rules then we can help more

Details updated in my profile. Sorry about that. Hopefully that will shine a bit of light on the situation.

I have tried many things, but I am still stuck with the [IOBluetoothHCIController::setConfigState] calling registerService error unless i boot with -x.

I have tried GraphicsEnabler=No and PCIRootUID=0 with no success. I have tried using both an HDMI and DVI cord with no difference. I have changed my BIOS settings to those in Giacomoleopardo's Build: http://www.tonymacx86.com/golden-builds/97296-giacomoleopardos-gigabyte-ga-z77n-wifi-build-db.html .

I tried to delete the 2 Bluetooth Kexts, but that gave me an error of dsmos has arrived and necessitated a re-install (my third by that time).

This post (http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-...-iobluetoothhcicontroller-setconfigstate.html) seems to have a similar problem, but his fix did not work for me.

I have attached my BIOS settings.

I realize this is a likely a graphics problem, but I have done everything I can think of. Can anyone help me?

Also, I've used both most recent Chimera bootloaders with no difference happening as far as the error goes.

I fixed it!!! I just deleted all the kexts that started with Intel. Hopefully it doesn't screw up anything else, but it's working like a charm as of now.
