Got A endless spring ball after boot install EI Captain USB stick

I fllowed the EI Captain Install Guide thread.
But it's cost a long to boot into install layer, but the layer is white and a spring ball appeared and endless rotating, I want konw why;

Rootless and kext-dev-mode don't work anymore, so FakeSMC.kext is not being loaded.

Advice seems to be to use a special Clover Utility.

It does sound like a failure to load FakeSMC. If you're using Clover with a USB install drive, I recommend editing the EFI partition on your USB install drive to put all the kexts under EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and remove all the numbered directories under EFI/CLOVER/kexts/

If you're doing an in-place upgrade, then the same except on your system drive EFI partition because you wouldn't be using a USB.

I tried this but I still get the screen.
