It's called "MacOS Version" rather than "OS X El Capitan".

That's strange. Compare yours with mine - Same build number too.

Maybe you should search your config.plist for "MacOS Version".

Finally I have resolved the issue. How to?

Go the the file of /Users/XXX/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SystemProfiler.plist, then change the title of your OS X version. See the screenshot.

PS: open the plist file by Xcode

How did you change the processor? Is this applicable to OS X 10.10.1?
