Hey i wanted to make a hackintosh using the Asus Maximus V Formula motherboard and i want to know if it is possible to make a hackintosh using that motherboard. I know i will have to get a usb sound card (please give me some in a link) because the sound card isnt compatible. I will be using the intel core i7 3770k as my processor.

Also will there be a dsdt to this motherboard if not what do i do with multibeast?


A lot of questions =] sorry :p

If there is no DSDT (I don't see one) in multibeast select "EasyBeast" .
 
Will be trying as soon as i can aquire one in the Uk!

The audio on that board should be the realtek 898 even though the sticker calls it the SupremeFX IV. Havent had anyone confirm this yet though on the forums.

Ok i will do some more research and if it is what mulibeast setting should i use?
