Half mini PCI Card Exchange !

Hi all,

I will exchange my PC with a Gigabyte Brix which has a half mini PCI Card with WiFi only. It should be relaced by another one having also Bluetooth.
Which Card is Hackintosh compatible, so that Bluetooth will work ?

AFAIK, there are no WiFi/BT combo cards that work for both WiFi and BT - you either get one or the other, and usually you have to cold boot Windows to start the BT, then reboot into OS X to get it to work. Cold boot OS X and the BT doesn't work.

Your best bet is to ask around on the laptop forum as they are the most likely source for info on what works and what doesn't.

As Going Bald said, I don't know of any Wifi/Bluetooth cards that work on Mac OS X. But there are inexpensive external USB Bluetooth modules that work well (and they're tiny), and very inexpensive options for Wifi modules (see http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/58146-guide-airport-half-mini-pcie.html).
