Hi All

I am hoping to find a fellow Hackintosher who has the following config and can give me specifics on getting Audio working on this setup:

Gigabyte H77-DS3H Mobo
3770 i7 Proc
Gigabyte 550 Txi Video

I have been working through Ivy Bridge docs from this site and have a fully working, booting bappily OSX 10.7.4 install. What I cannot get working is Audio.

What I am missing is likely something very simple.

I have done the Multibeast exactly as per the instructions.... viewtopic.php?t=59052

I get to the part with Audio Note and I get a bit lost. I have used Kextbeast to install the as per that part. But still no audio.

Any help would be very appreciated! I have found lots of other things I have tried on the forums will no luck, so I re-installed again and have opted to see if anyone can give me a short "do this" sort of ....

Download the latest MultiBeast. Audio has been updated. Try this
1. MultiBeast/Audio Selections
a. Select System Utilities
b. Open Realtek ALC8xx
c. Open Unified Device Injector
d. Select ALC8xxHDA
e. Select AppleHDA Rollback
f. Open Non-DSDT Enabler
g. Select ALC888b/887
2. Select Install
3. Restart

Success!

Audio was the only thing missing. Now my Hackintosh is complete! You're awesome!

Did not work for me.
Tried it with the latest Multibeast as well, but no success.

Did you actually make it work? Do you have the H77-DS3H or did you just need the instructions?

Upgrade to BIOS version F6 resolved the issue
