No sound after sleep - YOSEMITE OS

Hello there, I've finally resolved all my problems on my new hackintosh, except from this!

So, this thread is about the no-sound-after-sleep thing. Could someone point me to a step-by-step guide on how can I fix this problem?
I've tried doing some search within the forums, but I really dont know which tutorial should I follow for my motherboard.

No Audio After Sleep/Wake - Realtek ALC AppleHDA, Post #1.

This post fixed me problem!

All I had to do is change the "0" value to "2", and voila!
