I have not done anything except updating the firmware of my keyboard (Duky2108).

And today I find that sound suddenly becomes distort. The sound gets distort with the Output of Internal Speakers (the green port on the motherboard).

However, sound is normal with the Audio line-out port (the orange port on the motherboard).

I have to use the Built-in port since only with this port Windows gets normal sounds. See the figure below.

Well, it is not due to the Adobe Flash Player.

Just now I re-installed the Yosemite. Then I upgraded the Adobe Flash Player to the latest version and the sound worked very well. However, I finally found the reason for this issue.

Look, after everything was OK. I restarted my PC and went into Win7 (Mac OS is on SSD of 120GB, Win7 is on another hard drive of ITB). Then I restarted for the second time and then logged into Yosemite. Well, after logging in, the sound met the issue.

So the problem is caused by Win7, I think. Anyone know how to figure it out?

So the issue now I am facing is that sound did not work (distort sound) with Internal Speakers Built-In port (in Green on the motherboard).

The sound works very well with
Audio line-out port (in Orange on the motherboard).

I got exact same problem today... It was working fine before... yes green (internal speaker) distorts and orange (line out) works fine.... Actually when I plug in headset... headset out works absolutely fine....

I use exact same motherboard and graphic card as you... I also have win 8 dual boot.... I guess this caused problem? I don't know how to fix and really annoying.... : (

It must be something like a recent update or something because I got the same thing on my GA-H97. Windows 8.1 plays well, I can't find anything to fix it on OSX. Gonna try fiddling around with Flash later when I get home. Super frustrating.

I got the same problem with my X99-UD3 motherboard. It has something to do with the .plist in the VooDooHDA.kext. I tried to set the iGain and iMix to zero, but this didn't help. Did you already found a solution?

EDIT (SOLVED):
Never mind, I already solved my problem by installing SSDT.aml into the Extra map of my Macintosh root and added a patched AppleHDA.kext, which can be download in this other topic:

The stuttering mouse and audio is gone, but I had to set the gain (of the VooDooHDA) also to zero for removing all of the noise. Now my hackintosh is finally complete :)
