Mine should be in this morning. I'll post pictures and compare it to the actual 4430s cable that I also had on order.

EDIT - Here is the HD+ cable (Black HP p/n 646273-001) next to the standard (White HP p/n 605766-001)

I got mine 4730S HD+ cable. Quick comparison to standard 4530S, same length, same connectors on both sides except utilizing more pins. I paid extra $6 for expedite delivery. Order status shows processing on HP site, however cable came this morning by UPS Next Day Air from warehouse in Memphis, TN.
Main part number on the bag is 648977-001 with another label saying "replace with spare" 646274-001
