Here's a link to pacifist http://www.charlessoft.com/ which is what the restore method from Toleda uses. I believe you get a free trial with Pacifist.

After you restore the native AppleHDA run the Toleda script https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverALC if using clover. Should work after that.

I actually fixed it by reinstalling Yosemite over my current install. I also set my machine to never sleep so the volume issue shouldn't pop up.

Everything is working great. I just bought a 240GB SSD today and cloned my Yosemite install onto it, copied the EFI folder to the EFI partition and everything is still good. Powermanagement and sleep I'm not sure. I do not use sleep. It's either on or it's off. Other then that I'm very happy. I couldn't get iMessage to work but that's something on my end.

how did you run the lan on this motherboard?
 
I pretty much have the same exact build as you, but I am struggling with my config.plist. Would it work if I were able to use the same one as yours? Would you be able to post it somewhere so I could use it?
 
So then are those screenshots of your config.plist configurator just stock then or did you end up having to change a lot of settings in that section?
