Stork has shown the NVCAP you have is working with 750 TI.
Is your HDMI cable labeled "High Speed"?
Can you try a DVI2HDMI adapter?

Yes the HDMI cable I'm using is labeled "High Speed".

A DVI2HDMI adapter or a DVI cable are my last resorts.

I'm still hopeful that you guys will find a solution and have my system running on HDMI itself.

Btw, could the arrangement / layout and number of ports be the issue? Stork was saying that his Gigabyte card (which has the same NVCAP as me) and most EVGA cards have their arrangement / layout and number of ports closest to that of the NVIDIA Reference cards which is why the Web Drivers (which are designed for the Reference cards) work for him.

On the other hand, they don't for me. Maybe, the drivers can be edited to somehow detect or give output for the altered arrangement of ports on my card?

Why? Your 750 TI could be working today.
No. The data shows your NVCAP is correct. Check for a VBIOS update.

The ASUS GPU Tweak Tool says it's the latest VBIOS.

Okay, I'll get a DVI to HDMI adapter.

But, what do you reckon is the reason why the HDMI port is giving no signal for so many of us?

The driver is not loading properly on your system. IOReg shows 2 framebuffers, -A@0 and -B@1; 2 framebuffers are missing, -C@2 and -D@3. Suggest a clean install. Reply with new IOReg.
