Your the man! Sleep is working 100% now! Even turns off all my fans, leds, etc on my case =D, wakes up perfectly and fast - and it doesn't seem like anything is not working!

Absolutely should! GD55 is my board with an extra firewire port so absolutely, should generally work for all MSI p67 boards! Good luck!

did you tryed to sleep with usb flash inserted?
