Ohh. Then idk what else I could recommend you try... I'd do a bunch more research on the forums and see who else has that motherboard + graphics card and who has ML installed perfectly on their rig to help you out!

I'm going mad with the same problem with a 9800GT 1GB that always worked out of the box with SL and L but doesn't want work in any way in ML. I tried every bootflag, tried to remove and replace kexts with the lion ones, tried NVENABLER, NATIT, NVINJECT.........nothing worked. I read of a lot of other people having the same issue on install and I'm sure they are all related to graphics card. It would be nice if Tony himself could say something about that

I don't think its related to the GPU because I have tried it with HD 3000 and a GTX 560. The restart happens right when Darwin starts.
It would be nice if Tonymac or MacMan could help.
