Hp probook G1 450 / bluetooth question and restart question

Another thing if anybody knows: if i plug in the in-ear headphones 3 rings (stereo + mic) in headphone jack, system understands that there are headphones plug in. after i unplug the jack, system does not switch to built in speakers. i must restart the OS X. any idea how to fix that?
 
Hey great news!.. I got this after removing genericUSBXHCI.kext ...

i can pair devices but no data transfer,... any suggestions ? :think:;)
