If you install Windows in Legacy then every OS after that should be installed in Legacy. If you install Windows in UEFI then every subsequent OS should be installed in UEFI.

I originally had Windows in Legacy mode in my machine with OS X in UEFI and there were no problems. I later converted Windows to EFI and still no problems. The major advantage in converting Windows to EFI was the ability to use Clover to boot in to Windows. When it was in Legacy mode, I had to use bios to boot to it.

I believe to re-run MultiBeast you have to re-install OSX from scratch. If you download Clover Configurator then you can do the same things you can with MultiBeast, selecting the Customization button.

MultiBeast doesn't just install the boot loader. It also installs kexts and sets your system definition.

Clover Configurator is just a GUI to edit the config.plist. It doesn't install kexts and it doesn't install the boot loader.

I am pretty new to this, but I do not think your motherboard can support your choice of wireless card and a graphics card. There is only one PCIe slot. This post by Stork, #37, should allow for both graphics and wireless.
