Try GraphicsEnabler=No.

Btw, same problem with kernel panic. After deleting AppleACPIPlatform.kext it works, but I have randomly hangs on installation process, and I think it will be after installation too. Hangs like that I also had after upgrading from 10.9.2 to 10.9.3. Looks like we should do more tests before recommend to users upgrade to 10.9.3

Try with dart=0.

You could also try DVI instead of HDMI if that is an option with your monitor.

Sadly I don't have a DVI on my monitor, but I will try those boot flags

Boot verbose so you know what is happening. Perhaps you did a simple mistake like forgetting to install FakeSMC.
