You can set GE=NO in MultiBeast so that it boots that way every time. IIRC you use GE=NO for Intel graphics.

Re: David's Build - GA-H61N-USB3-F4 - BIOS HELP, PLEASE If audio is the only issue and you have a Realtek chipset you also need to install AppleHDARollback. In BIOS you also need to enable S3 sleep if you want to avoid issues.
