Urgent Help Needed Please! -- GA-Z77X-D3H

Hi guys,

I've really tried but I still can't figure it out! I spent the past 2 days searching/googling and browsing guides and threads online but I still cannot get my Hackintosh up and working. I'm in a hurry because I've got project deadlines and my 5 year old MacbookPro just died on me this afternoon while editing on Final Cut Pro ):

These are the specs I'm using for my desktop:
INTEL CORE I7-3770 SOCKET 1155 3.40 GHZ QUAD CORE PROCESSOR
GIGABYTE Z77X-D3H SOCKET 1155 MOTHERBOARD
EVGA GTX 670

I am able to install Mountain Lion 10.8.2 in safe mode using -x, and when I reboot the first time using the USB I still need to use -x AND GraphicsEnabler=0.

I'm unable to boot in normal mode and when I did a verbose the only error I found was "power management may be incomplete or unsupported".

I have yet to find someone using exactly the same combination of my computer parts, but I see people using all 3 but in different builds, so I'm pretty sure compatibility isn't an issue?

I'm not too sure what settings to select in MultiBeast and if I need to delete any kexts whatsoever. Can someone please advise me on this, it's really urgent ): Thanks!

What happens when you boot in normal mode? Does it hang or you get a black screen or a white screen or does the spinning icon just keep spinning and doesn't stop?

Boot in verbose mode (-v) and when the text stops, take a picture and post it.

It hangs at the screen with the apple logo with the grey spinning icon. I'm doing a clean install right now, will be able to take a screenshot of my verbose for you in a few minutes.

To make things simpler I will only select "User DSTD or DSTD-Free Installation" for my MultiBeast and not check any other boxes? Would that be better for you guys to view my verbose?

Uploaded .jpeg of my verbose below!

It will eliminate several possible causes of problems.

In the picture, about 3/4 of the way down, it says "DSMOS has arrived". This means you are essentially booted but your graphics are blocking you from seeing the Desktop.

Try booting with: -v PCIRootUID=0 GraphicsEnabler=No

When I do that, I get this ):

Well, near the bottom it still says "DSMOS has arrived" so the video is still blocking.

Maybe try: -v GraphicsEnabler=No

Another possibility is to install the official Nvidia drivers for 10.8.2: http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-304.00.05f02-driver.html

I guess you would need to boot -x GraphicsEnabler=No in order to run the installer.

I'm not sure what to tell you…it still shows "DSMOS has arrived" so it still is a video problem.

Try booting with: -v -f GraphicsEnabler=No
