Amazing but $$. Check out this review of the ASUS pq321 (3840x2160 resolution) monitor. Billed as the world's first "Consumer" 4K monitor, it has 4x the pixels of 1080p.

It seems like its a nice display. Too bad 4K monitors are so expensive at the moment :(

Avoid Asus Monitors. I own an Asus PB278Q 27" 2560x1440 monitor, I had to get mines replaced for the third time to get a decent panel without dead, stuck pixels & yellow tint issues. What's worse is Asus wasn't willing to replace a single one for me (only repair), despite it being under a week old. My local computer store has amazing service and replaced it for the third time..

Yeah I think I'll wait until they're 150 bucks on newegg and 120hz in a few years. Only way to justify the price tag is if you need something like that for work and I'm not talking about excel spreadsheets and powerpoints.
