Hello,
I have Ventura 13.6.4 installed on a Dell 3080. It should have a Realtek ALC256, but Hackintool shows it as an Intel device, and no audio devices within MacOS. I previously had it working correctly in Monterey Bay, but I can't figure out this (hopefully) last step. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Disregard, I re-added some .aml files and it's all good again.

@sammyk77,

Someone with a Dell 3670 (ALC891) is having a similar problem where AppleALC does not detect any audio devices. Which .aml files did you need to add on your system?

I added EC, HPET_RTC_TIMR, HPET, UIAC, and USB-Reset.

I'm not sure which one did the trick, but that's what I used previously so I gave it a try. It all is working, so I just kept them all.

most likely the HPET one (along with the required config.plist Find and Replace entries) has been known to solve a lot of audio issues
