Z77x-UD5H 3770k When USB inserted it freezes

Hey all,
Whenever I put a usb in, my mouse keeps working but everything else freezes around it.
I have a Z77X-UD5H on the F8 bios. Dont really know what to do.
Hope someone can help

Mine was working fine (had a few issues with my USB 3.0), but my USB 2.0 worked fine, my USB headers for the front of the case worked too. Now, when I connect my USB drive, my hackintosh with the same board and CPU gets hung up...checked the drive on another mac and verified just fine.
