thanks.

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.

http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Pay attention the Skylake info in the FAQ. It is important.

Note: There is not a good solution for NVMe at this point. Installing an M.2 AHCI SSD is a better option.

oh.. there is no space for a m.2 ssd .
Is it means there is no "graceful" way to port 10.11.4 to xps9550 currently?
thank you .

thank you .

Some of these Skylake laptops are coming with dual M.2 (one for WiFi, one for SSD).
But I guess not yours...

Until there is a finished NVMe driver, using NVMe is going to be tough going...

Keep in mind it is early for Skylake (and NVMe). There are currently no Apple laptops that use either.

I found in bios that the ssd could set in ahci mode .

After following your clover installation guide carefully, I build the clover usb efi installer with osx 10.11.4 successfully.
but I cannot go into osx installer .
It stuck at

bpfAttach len 64 dlt 12

or sometimes no have above line

I google about the errors , some guys said it caused by graphics card problems and could change the boot args to go through. but I try all about them , but still have no luck .

dart=0 IGPEnabler=No GraphicsEnabler=No nvda_drv=1 -f -v

dart=0 PCIRootUID=1 IGPEnabler=No GraphicsEnabler=No nvda_drv=1 -f -v

my EFI settings is attached below.

thank you for your help.

You neglected to fill out your profile as requested in the guide.

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

Mobo: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
Mobo: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Note: When specifying your bootloader, if using Clover legacy, please be sure to specify "Clover legacy"). Specifying "Clover" will be assumed as "Clover UEFI"

sorry about that.
I update profile with my current laptop infomation right now.

Keep in mind that the UHD screen will require IOKit to be patched. It is in the FAQ.
