I succesfully installed lion via usb clean install.

I have 3 partitions on my hdd, but its set to guid.

i know i can't install windows 7 as windows 7 won't install to a guid partition...

so, could i install windows 7 say on another computer, ghost it over to my computer and repair the installation?

Yes you can install it on GUID partition. Check this out.

You just have to reformat one of your partitions as FAT
Then boot to Windows Installer and Install Windows on that FAT parition.
