Your graphics card is not supported in MacOS Catalina due to lack of Nvidia drivers.

If you want to try to run Catalina, remove your graphics card and replace it with a supported AMD graphics card like a RX 570 / RX 580. Your motherboard only has a VGA output and as MacOS does not support using VGA you can't use CPU integrated graphics either.

Choice of RAM and HDD / SSD don't usually matter as long as they are compatible with your motherboard.

The GPU is not supported, I also do not think the onboard GPU is supported. It is not the motherboard it is the Intergraded GPU on the CPU die that is not supported. If you pick up an AMD RX560/570/580 as @jamesbon007 suggested you should have no issues with Mojave or Catalina
