I've been using a Hackintosh for about six months now. The wireless has always worked fine on it until about 3 days ago when it's slowed down to a snail's pace (2kb/s) or sometime doesn't work at all. I have a macbook air that connects to the same wifi and performs fine. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? I live in an apartment building that provides wifi and don't know if they've changed anything in the past week. Is there anything I should ask them about the router?

My wireless card is a TP-LINK TL-WDN4800
OS = Mountain Lion 10.8.5
Motherboard = Gigabyte Intel z77 GA-Z77X-UP5-TH
Processor = 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7
RAM = 16 GB Corsair Vengeance Desktop Memory
Graphics = NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2048 MB Graphics Card

Also, I see the network signal at full strength from my hackintosh even when it's going so slow.
