Windows drivers on Mac?

Hey guys,

I want to use my onboard audio card, but I only have a CD with drivers for Windows.
Have I to use BootCamp to install the drivers on Mac or is there another way?

You need to look for Mac drivers for your audio card. Windows drivers will NOT work.

Ehmm...I have allready searched in this board but I didn't find the RIGHT driver for me.
I need a a driver for Realtek ALC 888S-VC2. I have allready checked this topic, but it's only for ALC 888, not for 888S .
Does anyone have the same sound card and the right HDA.kext for me?

I think someone had success using the ALC888 driver for the 888S.

Hey, I searched again and found a working ALC888 driver for me.
In the systemprofiler is shown "Intel High Definition Audio".
But there are no sounds played.
Anyone had the same problem with ALC888S and know what to do?
