Will old build run Lion?

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread, so excuse me if it's not.

I'm very interested in using my current Windows 7 PC as a hackintosh.
It's an old one, I have to admit that. Just wondering if it's still supported.

I can't find alot on the part, especially the motherboard.
Here's the specs:
- Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
- CPU: Intel Q6600
- GPU: XFX 9600GT 512MB
- DVD: Samsung SH-203D
- HDD: Using a spare one on this, (old hitachi sata 300 7200rpm)

I used the search function on the forums, can't really find anything regarding this motherboard and OSX Lion. Someone with a similar config?

My brother has a mac so maybe it's possible for me to buy Lion on his pc with my account and create the bootable usb stick on his machine?

There is a DSDT in the Resources area for a GA-P35-DS3R which may be close to what you have. What have you got to loose? Try it. And there is nothing wrong with your English

Yeah I saw that one, the only difference I'm worried about is the onboard sound controller. But I found something for the ds3l one

When I get my new 16Gig usb stick I'll try and get it running
