Wifi not working after wake up form sleep

My wifi stopped working after I wake up from sleep after update to 10.12.6. I have a wifi card TP-Link N900. After waking up I cannot see my wifi network. When I turn off and turn on wifi adapter again, the wifi is slow, almost not working. I enabled Wake for network access in Energy saver setup. I have Gigabyte Z170M motherboard.
Do you have any ideas or solutions?
