Wanted: Passive Graphics Card with HDMI + HDMI Audio (UK)

Looking for a Passive Graphics card to replace my 8400GS

Must have HDMI and HDMI Audio.

I have been looking at a HD5450 and GT 430 - But seems to be varying results on getting these cards working.

Help?

Check the 6450 from my sig.

I'll have to say, no idea how to get HDMI-Audio to work (I don't need it) but there should be a guide or so in the audio section for that card.
