I was wondering on my hackintosh if I could just use the ssd that I already have snow leopard on that I been using with my Mac book pro? Or would I still need to reformat and load os x again?

You can, but you would need to run multibeast (for drivers/bootloader) obviously. But beware, I don't think you can boot it up with a real Mac once you have installed a custom bootloader. What you could do if you want to boot it up on both is install the bootloader on a separate driver (flash drive would work) and have it boot the SSD with the drivers on it.

Ya I just wanted to use that hard drive because all my files were on it. I had barely upgraded the MacBook pro so I was going to take that ssd out anyways from it to use in my hackintosh. So I figured if I can get around not having to format and reinstall everything be nice and of course multibeast and drivers will be loaded.
