replacing the DSDT file so many times, must have slipped :/

and if you could be kind enough to tell me what am i missing from the DSDT :D

I only checked a few then stopped looking when I found missing ones. For example, none of the "OS Check Fix..." patches have been used (choose one).

Up to you to proceed carefully and double-check your own work.

just one more question
I am using AppleUSBXHCI.kext but i have no problems with sleep or instant wake, should i apply any patches to DSDT ?
and should i apply any patches related to USB family ?

It is quite unusual, but no reason to apply any patches for a given problem unless you have the problem in the first place.

Your profile does not indicate a laptop that can use AppleUSBXHCI.kext unmodified...

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
Mobo: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Mobo should be laptop make/model and booloader.
CPU should have CPU model and chipset.
Graphics should have all graphics devices and internal screen resolution.

well it must be the lack of sleep doing this to me
i guess it's good now (fingers crossed)

Looks good, although no need to duplicate the info from profile into signature. With a single system, profile data is adequate.
