USB boots fine but then screen turns off

I'm trying to install Yosemite. It boots fine and I get the progress bar. And the the screen goes black and turns off. I can hear a voice saying "Press enter to use English as the language"

I have the same problem, I can't get past the black screen after the progress bar. My board Z68X-UD5-B3

My screen turns off. If I press up/down key I can change the language for the installation. So its running but the screen is switched off

I got it to work. I tried the other HDMI port on my motherboard and now it boots fine to the installer.

So now I'm gonna try to install
