Motherboard: Gigabyte H55M-USB3
OS X 10.8.2
Everything seems to be running fine, except that USB audio devices are not recognized as such. By that I mean, they appear on the list of devics when looking at a system report on About this Mac..., but System Settings -> Sound does not show them (for example, if I plug in a Logitech camera with a mic, Facetime can use it for video, but there's not input device associated with it, or if I plug in a USB audio card I see it listed by the proper name on the system profiler, but sound settings do not show it).
Any ideas?
