USB 3.0 not working after 10.8.5 update

Thanks , that got my USB3 back on Sabertooth X79, OS X 10.9

what it worth, I share my experience also with a H77-DS3H board and usb3 ports - on 10.8.5.

deleting the kext made my usb3 ports work (tried only with usb3 devices). unfortunately the linked sourceforge kext did not work for me.

it recognizes the usb3 device at full usb3 speed
