Upgrade question

Hello all,

Hopefully this is the correct place for this question.

I was wondering, if you have lets say a MacBook Air and a Hackintosh, when mavericks releases, do you have to purchase a copy for both? Or if you buy one, create the unibeast then use that to upgrade the laptop?

The license allows you to install the OS on 5 machines I think.

If you are installing it on non-Apple hardware you are violating the agreement anyway...
