Updating Xcode causes Kernel Panic

So I have a hackintosh running 10.12.2 everything has been working flawlessly for months, but with the latest release of Xcode causes my system to Kernel Panic. I tried updating OS X to 10.12.4, which I did successfully. However, I am still getting the issue when trying to update Xcode.

I was also experiencing Kernel Panics when I would open a certain project and try to build it. This project in particular: https://github.com/google/xi-mac. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I successfully updated Xcode, but I keep getting kernel panics when trying to open certain files. I uploaded the text for my kernel panic.
