Hi Andyapple,
Can you share your EFI with me? I'm using the same board Asus Prime B-560 Plus with i5-10500. Having issues with installing Ventura. Eveytime I reach the second reboot at 20 Min it gets stuck into update assistant and startup disk. Help.

I don't have it anymore since I moved to M2 Mac Mini, but I remember most of it.

For config.plist I followed step by step the guide on Dortania (Desktop Comet Lake),
In Kext folder I had: AppleALC, USBMap(created for my MB), WhateverGreen, Lilu, VirtualSMC, IntelMausi
In Drivers folder: OpenCanopy, OpenRuntime, ResetNvramEntry, HfsPlus
In ACPI: SSDT-AWAC, SSDT-EC-USBX-DESKTOP, SSDT-PLUG-DRTNIA, SSDT-RHUB

And that was it

And as SMBIOS I used iMacPro1,1 even if the guide told iMac20,1 or something like that
