Two graphic cards - HDMI Audio on Asus Nvidia GeForce 210

Previously i added the connector-type to display-b, because i thought that would be @1.

Edit dsd/GFX1/"@1,connector-type", to "@0,connector-type",

Sadly, not working :(

Is this maybe a codec issue now? I dont quiet understand how those mappings between HDAU and HDEF work, but IOReg shows alot of stuff that kinda looks right to me.

Weird though, that both Framebuffer (Display-A, Display-B) show "Port number 0000"

Or maybe AppleHDA is not providing the 'onboard-2' sink?

Here's the new Dump and resulting DSDT

Thanks for spending your free time helping out!

Display is connected to @0. Streak is still alive, no GT 210 makes HDMI audio in OS X.

Are you interested in debugging any further? I found some syslog entries that maybe help:
The hdmi-on-gt210 ioreg had 1 display connected to the 210. Everything is setup properly, AppleHDAEngineOutput doesn't load. The GT 220 and GT 240 work.

Toleda,

I have a N210 and cannot get the HDMI audio to work. The video worked out of the box, but the audio has been a misery. I have a Gigabyte EP45-DS3R with Intel QuadCore CPU. Here is what I have done:

1) Pathed my DSDT according to "HDMI Audio + Video Solutions:"

http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/...solutions.html

I followed the Advanced Method and patched my DSDT(mind you there isn't a patch for 210, so went with the GT240 dsl).

2) Removed all Graphics Enabler

3) Patched AppleHDA & installed the patched Kext

Rebooted - video continues to work as usual but no sign of the HDMI Audio. I am attaching the DSDT, AppleHDA kext(compressed) and org.chameleon.Boot.plist and IOReg output . There is a good chance I made a mistake during the DSDT patching, so I would appreciate another pair of eyes looking over my work or any hints or pointers you can give me on getting the HDMI audio working.

Thanks for the quick response. Would you recommend going down the road of patching AppleHDA? I dumped out the codecs and verbs already. With Ubuntu 14, I got 4 codecs.

Please advise.
