To Install I used the Bridgehelper 4.0 method from tony.

Here some pictures:

The front with 3x USB 2.0, 1x USB 3.0, 1x Headphone and 1x Mic:

The inside with all parts except the CPU:

The backside, and yes, the blue cable is in it's right place, for the one front USB 3.0 port:

My MultiBeast Settings:

After some problems with Audio, which I solved with help of this Kext
ALC887HDA.kext.zip
everything works as supposed.

If anyone got a question, just ask.

omg i want this motherboard but it seems imposible to get down here in australia !
nice build btw loving the blue on red

why did you select NullPowermanagement? I don't think you need this kext, do you? Is you sleep function working with this?

I selected NullCPUPowermanagement because of this: "11. For recommended Gigabyte 7-Series motherboards, download your motherboard's DSDT from the DSDT Database, place the .aml file on the Desktop, and run MultiBeast with the following options, then reboot.

This is from the Ivybridge Installation Guide.
This CPU is not supported by IntelCPUPowermanagement yet.

is your mute working on your sound?

theandy94 said:
what do exactly mean?

I mean the MUTE to kill the sound.
I have a keyboard that has mute button (logitech) and mute button worked fine when I had VIA1708S on previous mobo, but with this GA-Z77-DS3H ALC 887 audio, mute doesn't work so want to know if it was my setup or for everyone in general for ALC887.

Can you check the sound in system preferences?

See if you can click mute and able to check it or greyed out?
