I have removed “UIScale” from NVRAM —> Add (but not from NVRAM —> Delete) and set UIScale to 0 in UEFI —> Output. Now OpenCore takes care of all boot time scaling.

I received today my new 2TB Crucial P2 NVMe.
I want to make a fresh install of Open Core Big Sur 11.6.7 on the new drive and test it before I migrate it on my older Cover (5.17.4.3) Mojave main drive.
On the open core 0.7.8 guide it says i should update my BIOS to f9i

Will my old Clover boot still work normal after BIOS update ?

Sure, Clover will still work with BIOS F9i.

Hello,
I finally found where my sleep/Wake problem comes from.
The culprit is my Thunderbolt card (asus EX3)
If I disconnect the TB header cable from the Asus card, the standby mode works normally.

If this information can help...!!
