Not sure which icon you mean… In System Preferences? Did you install the lx2Mac Realtek Ethernet drivers?

yes i did....the network is working fine, dont worry its just a minor detail...

know "we" just need to work on the usb...

To be honest I haven't used the sleep functionality much (I mostly just turn it off, since I dual-boot anyway, and it's so fast to boot), but the times I have used sleep, I haven't noticed any problems. That goes for both display sleep and the computer itself.
