PLEASE HELP!

Are you using kernel flags before booting from SL DVD?

tselect the dvd entry and type: -v cpus=1

and read what is the output trying to understand where is the error...

if the previous fails, try: -x -v cpus=1

And if it also fail, just wait for another user to reply, since i'm a noob :D

Be sure your BIOS options are the appropriate:
Hard drive, graphics...
If you hace more than 4Gb of RAM, Its supposed you'll have problems too.

Basically, be sure you are begining the installation with all the recomendations of the "read me first" Thread.

good luck!

Did you tryed this kernel flags?

arch=1386

arch=x86_64

-v

-s

-x

-f

-F

and

"colors=32 cpus=1 arch=i386 busratio=20 -v"

I hope this would help :shifty:
