Considering very likely it is going to be the last macOS update for the machine, I did not want to spend money on RAM if it is still slow after upgrading to 16GB. [Mine is USDT, max memory is 16GB]

There was something wrong with Safari's display, so I just set it to 16GB, which is the same as other models I own.
I have no complaints about the processing speed, but when using his HP8300CMT with his RX570 GPU, I can see that the display is faster.
If there are no abnormalities, I think you can leave it at 8GB.
