[SOLVED] El Cap strange shutdown issue

hello having a strange shut down issue and need some help.

i did a clean install of El Capitan on my machine and all was working fine (shutdown as well).
I did some program installation and out of the blue the the machine would not shutdown anymore.

The screen goes black and that's it.

I booted into my second disk with yosemite installed (did not touch it at all) and same think..no shutdown just black screen.??

I did refresh my bios did in stall clover new but no luck.
Startup and sleep and the rest working fine.

I have no idea what to do??

never mind fixed it.

It was a CPU sensor kext that i have installed to make hardware monitor work (which did not work out)
I deleted it and alle is fine again : )
