Just tried the 100 series fix by copying the code from ...ALC100series.plist into my current config.plist (attached) so I would not have to start over in Multibeast. Still no auto codec detected when running ...codectdetect.command. Its a brand new MB, could I really have x99 audio?

Read the post, different solutions:
Unsupported/Non-working Realtek ALC AppleHDA
  1. 100 Series/Intel High Definition Audio
  2. X99/Intel High Definition Audio
X99 does not apply, 100 Series does. Try again.
Attached config.plist is damaged, remove and replace.

Hi,

I just did a fresh install of Sierra. GA-Z87X-UD4H and the realteck codec is ALC898.
I did run Multibeast 9.0.1. ... and I get the 'No sound after sleep' (even light sleep, without the request for the password).
So I ran the audio_cloverALC-120.command_V1.0d script. Now I have sound for a second or two after sleep.... and then it stops.

If somebody had an idea... about what to try.
Thanks
