Sanity check on build list please!

Planning my first build to replace an ageing 2008 Mac Mini, and have come up with the following which I'd like some of you more knowledgeable folks to sanity check / critique:

Any thoughts on the above list? Would it be advised to go for a non-stock CPU cooler such as a "Scythe Shuriken Rev.B Quiet Low Profile CPU Cooler", or will the stock Intel one be fine?

CPU: Yes
GPU: 6870 cards seems to work but look in more detail for your self. Search? wiki/index.php?title=Graphics_Card_Database
MEM: Yes.
HDD: Yes.
SSD: Yes.
OPTICAL: Yes.
CASE: Yes. (Have no checked if graphics card fit the case.)
PSU: Yes.

CPU cooler alternative:
Thermaltake ISGC-100 - Seems to be a bad alternative.
