You could try installing the latest RTL8xxx driver from the Yosemite MultiBeast. You will not be able to do it directly by running MB - you will need to extract it with Pacifist or other app. Put it on your desktop and use Kext Wizard to install it.

I found a solution for me.
My goal was to install Yosemite via Unibeast. So I installed SL in a VM and downloaded Yosemite from there, copied to USB and made the USB-Stick from my local installation of SL

And now I'm on Yosemite .... and the ethernet driver works here
